How does the free trial work?
Your first 14 days are free on the monthly plan. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in App Store settings before then.
Is there really just one plan?
Yes. Everything Beam does is included for £14.99 a month or £129 a year — no tiers, no watermarks and no counting audits. The annual plan saves 28% versus paying monthly.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions run through your App Store account. Prices include VAT, and your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your plan runs until the end of the current billing period.
Does Beam work offline?
Yes. Capture the site and generate PDF and Excel reports without a signal. Publishing a Beam Link needs a connection when you share it.
What are Beam Links?
One tap publishes the full audit as a live web link, including the report, photos and video. Your client opens it in any browser with no app or login. Links stay live for 30, 60 or 90 days — your choice — and you can revoke them at any time.
Is there a limit on Beam Links?
No. Publish as many Beam Links as you need — they are all included. Each stays live for up to 90 days and can be revoked at any time.
How long do Beam Links stay live?
You choose when publishing — 30, 60 or 90 days — and you can extend a live link in the app, up to 90 days from the day it was published. When a link expires it stops working and its published content is deleted automatically. You can also revoke a link at any time.
How much video can I share?
Each Beam Link can include up to four clips. A clip can be up to three minutes or 200 MB. Beam does not transcode video.
Is a subscription per person, per device or per company?
Per person. The subscription is tied to your Apple ID and works across your devices. Each team member needs their own subscription.
